Mission
A radio station shall be accommodated in the ground floor of an existing office building.

- two broadcast and production studios and three speaker booths,
- group offices for editorial department, marketing and administration,
- offices for the manager and the head of editorial department,
- conference room and meeting room as well as
- reception, pantry and lounge area.
Concept
The central block containing the studios, the speaker booths and the 19" racks divides the area and keeps the zone at the facades for work stations.
The inclined and angular walls improve the acoustics in the studios and speaker booths as well as in the group offices, because parallel surfaces are avoided.
The separation of the studio block from the facade improves the noise insulation from outside and avoids complicated connections.
The windows of the studio block allow the necessary sight lines between the studios and speaker booths as well as to the editorial offices and marketing and administration. They also grant a view to outside.
The technically equipped rooms are concentrated within the studio block and have double floors and suspended ceilings.
The editorial office is situated between the reception and the head of editorial department office at the public / entry side of the building.
The office for the manager, the offices for marketing and administration and the conference room are located on the garden side.
Te meeting room between the individual offices and the pantry with the lounge area complete the building program.
